This guidance explains how to recognise suspicious approaches, verify official contact and protect personal information. These standards support candidates, clients and the integrity of each appointment process.
Suspicious approaches
Treat these with caution.
Requests for fees, equipment payments, urgent documents, vague role information or rapid movement to messaging apps should be treated with caution. Copied branding, lookalike profiles, misspelt domains, unusual links and inconsistent contact details are further warning signs.

If you have disclosed sensitive information or sent money, contact your bank immediately and report the incident through the appropriate official reporting service in your jurisdiction.
