01Organisation overview

Our client is a multi-product digital-asset business serving enterprise and institutional customers. The organisation is refining how it presents its capabilities across different sectors, use cases and buying groups. It requires a senior marketing leader who can create a coherent enterprise narrative and turn it into focused market execution.

02The appointment

The Enterprise Marketing Director will define positioning, audience strategy and go-to-market priorities across the organisation’s enterprise portfolio. The appointment will connect Product, Sales and Marketing, ensuring that customer insight and commercial priorities become clear campaigns, content and sales-enablement programmes.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set the standard, create the work and build a more scalable enterprise marketing function over time.

03Key responsibilities

Define an enterprise marketing strategy covering priority sectors, buyer groups, use cases and routes to market.

Create a clear portfolio narrative while differentiating individual products and propositions for specific audiences.

Lead go-to-market planning for launches, integrations, partnerships and market expansion.

Work with Sales and Product to turn live customer insight into segment plans, messaging and commercial materials.

Develop account-based campaigns, content and thought leadership that support qualified pipeline and strategic relationships.

Produce sales enablement and executive materials, set meaningful measures and establish the function’s operating rhythm.

04Experience and capability

Senior B2B or enterprise marketing experience within fintech, payments, digital assets or another complex technology-led market.

A record of building positioning and go-to-market programmes for products with long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.

Strong capability across product marketing, content, campaigns, account-based marketing and sales enablement.

The ability to make technical, operational or regulated propositions clear without losing precision.

Commercial understanding of pipeline and customer value, with excellent writing, briefing and executive communication.

05Leadership and stakeholder context

The Enterprise Marketing Director will work with the executive team and partner closely with Sales, Product, Creative, Communications, Legal, Compliance and Risk. The appointment will shape how the organisation presents itself to senior buyers and will define the structure and capability the enterprise marketing function needs next.
